Immunoprecipitation:PDCD10 AntibodyNBP3-29426] -Detection of human PDCD10/CCM3 by western blot of immunoprecipitates. Samples: Whole cell lysate (0.5 or 1.0 mg per IP reaction; 20% of IP loaded) from HeLa cells prepared using NETN lysis buffer. Antibody: Affinity purified rabbit anti-PDCD10/CCM3 antibody NBP3-29426 (lot NBP3-29426-1) used for IP at 6 µg per reaction. PDCD10/CCM3 was also immunoprecipitated by rabbit anti-PDCD10/CCM3 antibody BL18455. For blotting immunoprecipitated PDCD10/CCM3, NBP3-29426 was used at 0.4 µg/ml.
