PF 3845 is a selective fatty acid amide hydrolase (FAAH) inhibitor (K_i = 0.23 μM). Reduces inflammatory pain via a cannabinoid receptor-dependent mechanism. Highly efficacious and selective in vivo. Displays no activity at FAAH-2 (IC₅₀ >10 μM).
