Product Description

PluriSln 1 is a stearoyl-CoA desaturase 1 (SCD1) inhibitor. Used to selectively eliminate undifferentiated human pluripotent stem cells (hPSCs) from culture; induces ER stress, attenuates protein synthesis and induces apoptosis in hPSCs. Prevents teratoma formation in immunocompromised mice.
