Immunoprecipitation:[NBP3-18519]-

Immunoprecipitation:[NBP3-18519]-Detection of human PXK by western blot of immunoprecipitates. Samples: Whole cell lysate from 293T cells prepared using NETN lysis buffer. Antibodies: Affinity purified rabbit anti-PXK antibody used for IP at 6 µg per reaction. PXK was also immunoprecipitated by rabbit anti-PXK antibody. For blotting immunoprecipitated PXK, was used at 0. 4 mg/ml. Detection: Chemiluminescence with an exposure time of 30 seconds.
