Pyrrolidinedithiocarbamate ammonium
Biological Activity
This inhibitor of nuclear factor κB (NF-κB) prevents the increase in NO-synthase mRNA by interleukin-1, without affecting the formation of NO-synthase mRNA produced by cAMP.Technical Data
