Immunoprecipitation:SGTB AntibodyNBP3-29070] -Detection of human SGTB by western blot of immunoprecipitates. Samples: Whole cell lysate (1.0 mg per IP reaction; 20% of IP loaded) from HeLa cells prepared using NETN lysis buffer. Antibodies: Affinity purified rabbit anti-SGTB antibody (NBP3-29070 lot 1) used for IP at 6 µg per reaction. SGTB was also immunoprecipitated by rabbit anti-SGTB antibody. For blotting immunoprecipitated SGTB, NBP3-29070 was used at 0.4 mg/ml. Detection: Chemiluminescence with an exposure time of 30 seconds.Applications for SGTB Antibody - BSA Free
