Immunoprecipitation: SPACA9 Antibody [NBP2-44283] - Western Blot of Immunoprecipitates. Samples: Whole cell lysate (0.5 or 1.0 mg per IP reaction; 20% of IP loaded) from HeLa cells prepared using NETN lysis buffer. NBP2-44283 was used for IP at 6 ug per reaction. SOGA1/C20orf117 was also immunoprecipitated by another rabbit anti-SOGA1/C20orf117 antibody.Applications for SPACA9 Antibody - BSA Free
