Immunoprecipitation:Splicing Factor 1 AntibodyNBP3-28982] -Detection of human SF1 by western blot of immunoprecipitates. Samples: Whole cell lysate (1 mg for IP, 20% of IP loaded) from HeLa cells. Antibodies: Affinity purified rabbit anti-SF1 antibody NBP3-28982 used for IP at 6 µg/mg lysate. SF1 was also immunoprecipitated by rabbit anti-SF1 antibody, which recognizes an upstream epitope. For blotting immunoprecipitated SF1, was used at 0.4 µg/ml. Detection: Chemiluminescence with an exposure time of 1 second.Applications for Splicing Factor 1 Antibody - BSA Free
