Antibodies: Affinity purified rabbit anti-SPTLC1 antibody used for WB at 0. 04 µg/ml and 0. 4 µg/ml and used for IP at 6 µg/mg lysate. SPTLC1 was also immunoprecipitated by rabbit anti-SPTLC1 antibody, which recognizes a downstream epitope.
