Product Description

SR 7826 is a potent and selective LIMK inhibitor (IC₅₀ values are 43, 5536 and 6565 nM for LIMK1, ROCKI and ROCKII, respectively). Inhibits cofilin phosphorylation in A7r5 cells and suppresses migration and invasion of PC-3 cells in vitro. Orally bioavailable.
