t-TUCB is a potent soluble epoxide hydrolase (sEH) Inhibitor (IC₅₀ = 0.9 nM). Enhances hepatic eNOS phosphorylation and NO release. Exhibits antihypertensive and cardioprotective actions in cirrhotic rat models. Suppress the activation of HSCs and reduce hepatic fibrosis through inhibition of NF-κB/IκBα signaling. Anti-inflammatory and antinociceptive.
