Western Blot: tdTomato Antibody [NBP2-78135] - HEK293T cells were transfected with the pCMV6-ENTRY tdTomato cDNA and the cell lysates were collected after 48 hours. 0ug, 0.05ug, 0.1ug, 0.2ug, 0.4ug, 0.8ug of lysates (lane 1 to lane 6 respectively) were separated by SDS-PAGE and immunoblotted with Rabbit tdTomato polyclonal antibody at 1:10000.
