Thiolutin
Chemical Name: N-(4,5-Dihydro-4-methyl-5-oxo-1,2-dithiolo[4,3-b]pyrrol-6-yl)acetamide
Purity: ≥98%
Biological Activity
Thiolutin is an antibiotic; inhibits bacterial RNA polymerase. Inhibits adhesion of HUVEC cells to vitronectin (IC50 = 0.83 mM) and subsequently reduces paxillin levels. Suppresses tumor cell-induced angiogenesis.Technical Data
