tri-GalNAc-C5-AF647 is a fluorescent asialoglycoprotein receptor (ASGPR) ligand. Suitable for live-cell imaging.

Used for: lysosomal uptake in live-cell imaging, isolating hepatocytes due to its uptake via ASGPR receptor.

Application: flow cytometry, fluorescence microscopy.

Properties and Photophysical Data: suitable for multiplexing and can be combined with DAPI (Cat. No. 5748) counter-staining. Excitation and emission maxima (λ) are 663 and 684 nm, respectively.
