Product Description

UNC 2881 is a potent Mer kinase inhibitor. Displays >55-fold selectivity for Mer kinase over other TAM receptor tyrosine kinase family members (IC₅₀ values are 4.3 nM, 0.25 μM and 0.36 μM for Mer, Tyro3 and Alk, respectively). Inhibits Mer phosphorylation in vitro. Also inhibits platelet aggregation in response to Type I collagen.
