Formulation, Preparation, and Storage

Preparation Method

Centrifuge prior to opening to bring the contents to the bottom. Reconstitute in 200 ul reduced 1x SDS loading buffer and divide to 20 aliquots and store at -20C. Melt at room temperature and heat at boiling water bath for 3-5 minutes before use.
