alpha Satellite repeat primer Supplemental Kits and Reagents

Primers are designed to amplify DNA from human alpha satellite repeats in chromosome 1. Alpha satellite repeats are found in centromeric regions of chromosomes and associated with heterochromatin. Primer sets come premixed with forward and reverse primers at a concentration of 10 uM. Primers are compatible with all real-time PCR chemistries. Each primer set has been tested and validated by chromatin immunoprecipitation (ChIP).
