Adenomatosis polyposis coli down-regulated 1 protein (APCDD1), also known as DRAPC1, is a negative regulator of the Wnt signaling pathway. APCDD1 acts to inhibit Wnt signaling in a cell-autonomous manner and functions upstream of beta-catenin interaction. APCDD-1 is most strongly expressed in pancreas, heart, prostate, ovary, lung, liver, kidney, spleen, thymus, colon and peripheral lymphocytes.
