CLP24 Proteins and Enzymes

Claudin-like protein of 24 kDa (CLP24), also known as TMEM204, is a cell surface protein with four transmembrane domains and a C-terminal PDZ motif. CLP24 localizes to adherens junctions between epithelial and endothelial cells. It is involved in regulating paracellular flux and is upregulated under hypoxic conditions.
