CNOT3 Proteins and Enzymes

CNOT3 is a protein component of CCR4 NOT protein complex, a general transcription regulation complex. It has 3 named isoforms produced by alternative splicing. Yeast CCR4 NOT is a global regulator of RNA polymerase II transcription. It is comprised of yeast NOT1 to NOT5, yeast CCR4 and additional proteins like yeast CAF1.
