DLGAP4 Proteins and Enzymes

DLGAP4 is part of the SAPAP family which is expressed in neuronal cells. It may play a role in molecular organization of synapses. DLGAP4 is known to have interactions with PIK3R1, BIN1, SRC, NCK1 and GRB2. Disease research is currently being studied with relation to DLGAP4 and ischemia, cerebritis, lung cancer, neuronitis, and transient cerebral ischemia.
