Dystrophin, utrophin and dystrophin-related protein 2 (DRP2) are Actin-binding proteins that are involved in anchoring the cytoskeleton to the plasma membrane. Dystrophin is the protein product of the Duchenne/Becker muscular dystrophy gene.
