FBXL20 Proteins and Enzymes

FBXL20 (F-Box And Leucine-Rich Repeat Protein 20) belongs to the F-box protein family which are involved in ubiquitination. Specifically, FBXL20 has an important role in neural transmission and regulating proteasome-mediated degradation of RIM1. FBXL20 is known to have interactions with CUL1, RIMS1, SKP1, RAD23B and COL7A1. FBXL20 has been studied in relation to anuria, renal vascular disease, nephropathy, breast cancer and urinary tract obstruction.
