FBXO40 (F-box only protein 40) is a member of the F-box protein family which are associated with cellular functions such as cell cycle regulation and signal transduction. Disease research is currently being studied with relation to FBXO40 and limb-girdle muscular dystrophy and muscular dystrophy.
