Folliculin Lysates

Belonging to the folliculin family, this gene is involved in the regulation of protein phosphorylation and protein binding. Located on chromosome 17 within the Smith-Magenis region, folliculin is a possible tumor suppressor gene associated with hereditary renal carcinoma.
