GNG11, also known as Guanine nucleotide-binding protein G(I)/G(S)/G(O) subunit gamma-11, is a 73 amino acid that is 8 kDa, plays a role in transmembrane signaling system, its beta and gamma chains are essential for the GTPase activity, for replacement of GDP by GTP, and for G protein-effector interaction.
