GPR115 Proteins and Enzymes

GPR115 is a member of the LN-TM7 family of adhesion-type 7-transmembrane G-protein coupled receptors (GPCR) with long extracellular N-termini. The ECD contains a highly N-glycosylated stalk predicted to function in adhesion, followed by a cysteine-rich GPCR proteolytic cleavage site (GPS).
