GPR6 Lysates

GPR6 is an orphan receptor with constitutive G(s) signaling activity that activates cyclic AMP. GPR6 is detected in the intracellular compartments. It is currently unclear whether GPR6 is a cell surface or intracellular receptor. GPR6 promotes neurite outgrowth and blocks myelin inhibition in neurons.
