IGSF8/CD316 cDNA Clones

IGSF8, also known as PGRL and EWI-2, is a widely expressed transmembrane adhesion protein that interacts with Integrin alpha 4 beta 1 and the tetraspanins CD9, CD81, and CD82. IGSF8 contains four Ig-like domains. IGSF8 overexpression in transformed cells contributes to the development of a metastatic phenotype.
