Lens epithelium-derived growth factor (LEDGF; also PC4 and SFRS1-interacting protein, transcriptional coactivator p75/p53, and dense fine speckles 70 kDa protein) is a ubiquitously expressed, 75 kDa member of the hepatoma-derived growth factor (HDGF) family of proteins.
