MIXL1 cDNA Clones

MIXL1 is a member of the Mix/Bix paired-like homeodomain protein family that is expressed in the primitive streak of the gastrulating embryo and marks cells destined to form mesoderm and endoderm. It is also expressed in B and T lineage lymphocytes during normal hematopoiesis and in several B, T or myeloid lineage acute leukemias.
