MS4A5 Proteins and Enzymes

MS4A5 (membrane-spanning 4-domains, subfamily A, member 5) is a member of the membrane-spanning 4A gene family. MS4A5 is thought to play a role in signal transduction. This protein is known to have interactions with CFTR. MS4A5 is currently being studied in relation to hepatitis, hepatitis B and colorectal cancer.
