NTERA-2 Lysates

NTERA-2 cl.D1 is a human embryoid carcinoma cell line originally derived from a pluripotent testicular embryonal carcinoma. The NTERA2 cell line exhibits many pluripotent characteristics including expression of a number of stem cell markers. Upon treatment with 0.01 M trans-retinoic acid, cells will differentiate along neuralectodermal lineages including differentiation of neurons.
