Otoraplin (OTOR), also known as fibrocyte-derived protein (Fdp) and Melanoma inhibitory activity-like (MIAL), is a secreted 16 kDa globular protein that is preferentially expressed in the inner ear by periotic mesenchyme and developing and mature fibrocytes.
