PDGF Proteins and Enzymes

The platelet-derived growth factor (PDGF) family of disulfide-linked dimeric proteins consists of four homodimeric proteins, PDGF-AA, PDGF-BB, PDGF-CC and PDGF-DD, and one heterodimeric protein, PDGF-AB.
