PLEKHH3, also referred to as Pleckstrin homology domain-containing family H member 3, is cleaved into multiple isoforms including the canonical sequence, which is 793 amino acids long and approximately 85kDa. Little research has been conducted on the function of PLEKHH3, however, bioinformatics show that it may be related to Ubiquitin C.
