RAB2B Proteins and Enzymes

RAB2B, also known as Ras-related protein Rab-2B, is a 24 kDa 216 amino acid protein. RAB2B is necessary in order for protein transportation from the Golgi complex to the endoplasmic reticulum. Current research on RAB2B is being conducted in relation to Oculocerebrorenal syndrome, malaria, and prostatitis neuronitis. RAB2B is linked to the protein transport where it interacts with SMAD4 and SMAD1.
