RALGPS1 Proteins and Enzymes

RALGPS1 (Ral GEF With PH Domain And SH3 Binding Motif 1) is a guanine nucleotide exchange factor for RAL. RALGPS1 is known to have interactions with GRB2, NCK1 and RALA. RALGPS1 has been studied in relation to cholangiocarcinoma, intrahepatic cholangiocarcinoma, Prader-Willi syndrome and prostatitis.
