XRCC1 Lysates

XRCC1 is a DNA repair protein involved in the repair of single-stranded DNA. XRCC1 complexes with DNA Ligase III to facilitate the final stage of base excision repair (BER). XRCC1 may also complex with DNA Polymerase beta and Poly-ADP-ribose Polymerase (PARP) to participate in DNA repair pathways.
