ZNF609 is a gene that codes for a protein 1411 amino acids in length, with a weight of approximately 151 kDa. Current studies are being done on diseases and disorders related to this gene including ataxia. ZNF609 has also been shown to have interactions with ATXN1 and NR0B1.
