Why Use Cultrex 3-D Culture Cell Loading Buffers?

The Cultrex 3-D Culture Cell Loading Buffers facilitate preparation of cell lysates from isolated 3-D structures for Western Blot. The 3-D Culture Sample Buffer solubilizes the multicellular structures to make cell lysates, and the 3-D Culture 10X Loading Buffer is used to prepare a lysates for electrophoresis.
