    A: The neutralized gel can be stored in 20 mM Tris pH 7.4 buffer at 4 °C for a few days.

  • Q: Is it possible to reuse a CometChip® if not all wells are used?

    A: The CometChip cannot be reused. After treatment and before lysis, the CometChip is covered with LMAgarose, which will fill the micropores in any unused wells.
