Product Description

(D)-PPA 1 is a PD-1/PD-L1 interaction inhibitor. Binds to PD-L1 (Kd = 0.51 μM). Inhibits interaction at 1 mg/mL in flow cytometry. Inhibits tumor growth and prolongs survival time of mice in vivo.
