DLGAP4 is known to have interactions with PIK3R1, BIN1, SRC, NCK1 and GRB2. Disease research is currently being studied with relation to DLGAP4 and ischemia, cerebritis, lung cancer, neuronitis, and transient cerebral ischemia.
