    HL-1 cells were incubated with EDTA (5 mM) for 30 min prior to 15d-PGJ2 (15 µM) treatment for 4 h to follow TNFa concentrations in the cell culture medium. Addition of EDTA resulted in abolition of 15d-PGJ2 induced TNFa production.
