FLI 06 is an inhibitor of Notch signaling (EC₅₀ = 2.3 μM). Disrupts Notch trafficking and processing. Reduces amyloid β secretion. Changes the maturation and abolishes shredding of APP. Inhibits ER exporting and converts tubular ER to sheets.
