WB: Approx. 55-60 kDa band observed in human duodenum lysates (calculated MW of 50.9 kDa band according to NP_004742.1). In transfected HEK293 transiently expressing GCNT3 a band of approx. 55 kDa is observed. This band is not observed in the non-transfected HEK293.
