    GPIP137 in Fibroblasts
    The signal was strong, however; it showed up in the entire cell. Other CAPRIN1 IF images had no signal in the nucleus. So, it worked, but there are probably are antibodies validated for IF that should be compared side by side with this one to confirm. Diluted 1:250 in 1X PBS/1% BSA/0.3% Triton™ X-100, 16 hours at 4C incubation.
