Immunoprecipitation:GPSM1 AntibodyNBP3-29938] -Detection of human AGS3 by western blot of immunoprecipitates. Samples: Whole cell lysate (1 mg for IP, 20% of IP loaded) from HEK293T cells. Antibodies: Affinity purified rabbit anti-AGS3 antibody NBP3-29938 used for IP at 6 µg/mg lysate. AGS3 was less efficiently immunoprecipitated by rabbit anti-AGS3 antibody, which recognizes a downstream epitope. For blotting immunoprecipitated AGS3, was used at 1 µg/ml. Detection: Chemiluminescence with an exposure time of 30 seconds.
