SOX3 in NTera‑2 Human Cell Line. SOX3 was detected in immersion fixed NTera‑2 human testicular embryonic carcinoma cell line differentiation with retinoic acid using Mouse Anti-Human SOX3 Monoclonal Antibody (Catalog # MAB2569) at 10 µg/mL for 3 hours at room temperature. Cells were stained using the NorthernLights™ 493-conjugated Anti-Mouse IgG Secondary Antibody (green, upper panel; Catalog # NL009) and counterstained with DAPI (blue, lower panel). factors with diverse roles in development. SOX3 is expressed in the
central nervous system from the earliest stages of development. It is
one of the earliest neural markers in vertebrates and plays a role in
specifying neuronal fate.
